Easy-to-follow Kit Instructions Are In the Box:

Self-collect your sample following the instructions provided in your kit. This is an easy to follow process, similar to using a cotton swab to clean the inside of your nose.

At the same time you collect your sample, simply register your kit following the instructions provided in your kit. Registering your kit allows Community Diagnostics’ lab to track your sample and provide you with your results.

Your results are provided through our secure online PatientConnect portal.

Important Timing: Service includes (2) day shipping of kit to you with (1) day return shipping back to lab.

PCR Testing: Samples using our pre-paid shipping labels are scheduled to arrive in our laboratory before 12:00 PM PST/3:00 EST. Results are typically released within 12-24 hours of receipt. Note time zones can make a difference in terms of what time you can expect results! It could be into the wee hours of the morning on the east coast due to time zone differences.

ANTIGEN Testing: No need to send test kit back for this one. Get your results in approximately 15 minutes.
